Internet Sweepstakes Official Rules
 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
a) Enter the Cat Scratching Post Giveaway Online Sweepstakes by filling out
the sweepstakes entry form:

Breeders - Entry Form. Limit one online entry per person per day. If more than one entry is received per day - all entries
for that day will be disregarded. Enter from 12:00 am (ET) until 11:59 pm
(ET) for each day you wish to enter the sweepstakes.
b) Entrants are required to answer all questions posted on the online entry
form.
c) Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete,
or
misrouted entries.
3. QUALIFYING PERIOD: All online entries must be submitted by December 31,
2008, 10:00 AM EST. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of
entry. Open only
to legal residents of the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, U.S.
Territories and U.S. Possessions. Employees and family members of Club Purr,
LLC or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment
agencies are not eligible to enter. Winners will be required to sign an
Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and a Publicity Release that
will allow use of Winners’ names without further compensation by Club Purr,
LLC, unless prohibited by law.
5. PRIZES AND DRAWING: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of one Cat
Scratching Post - Model B5301 by Armarkat with a (A.R.V. $ 98.00) for
the winning entrant; for entries submitted between June 30, 2008, 3:00 PM
EST and December 31, 2008, 10:00 AM EST. The winner will be determined in a
random drawing on or about January 7, 2009, from all eligible entries received. The
winner will also be featured on
Kitty Cat
Breeders - Including but not limited to First Name, Last Name Initial and
Location (City and State). Odds of winning will be determined by number of eligible entries.
6. GENERAL: Void where prohibited by law. Prize is transferable, but may not
be redeemed for cash. Any federal, state or local income or other taxes, if
any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize includes initial
delivery, but not assembly. Sorry, we don't ship to a P.O.BOX or APO/FPO
address. Continental US ONLY. Prizes do not include any item or expense not
specifically listed herein. Club Purr, LLC assumes no responsibility for
late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. No substitutions for another
model or size of the prize will be provided. Odds of winning will be
determined by the number of entries received. All entries become the
exclusive property of Club Purr, LLC and will not be acknowledged or
returned. For the names of the Prize Winners, send a stamped, self-addressed
